Preamble

The present document (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) governs the utilization of https://decentral.house/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The Website is owned and operated by STORM Partners Sàrl, a limited liability company duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of Switzerland, having its corporate seat at Chemin de Madame de Warens 2, 1816 Chailly-Montreux, Switzerland, registered under CHE-435.083.916 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

The present Privacy Policy is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and the Company.

By browsing the Website, the User acknowledges that it has read and understood the Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with the Privacy Policy, it should refrain from using the Website.

The Privacy Policy does not cover any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, data collection practices of other web pages to which we link, as they may be subject to their own privacy policies. The Company is not liable for any possible misinterpretation of the Privacy Policy.

Principle for processing Personal Data

While Processing Personal data, the Company will respect the following general principles:

In the event of a Personal Data breach, the Company shall, without undue delay, and where feasible, not later than seventy-two (72) hours after having become aware of it, notify the breach competent supervisory authority.

The User agrees that the Company may store their Personal Data in any country of the EEA, including Switzerland.

The storage, as well as the processing of the Personal Data, may require that the User’s Personal Data are ultimately transferred/transmitted to, and/or stored at a destination outside of their country of residence. Where permitted by law, by accepting the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User agrees to such transferring, transmission, storing and/or processing. The User also agrees that such activities may take place to or in countries offering a lower level of protection than their country of residence.
